This year marks the 20th anniversary of the declassification of top secret studies, done over a period of 60 years, in which the US conducted 2,000 radiation experiments on as many as 20,000 vulnerable US citizens.[i]

The US has announced that it will provide militants in Syria, now openly admitted to being Al Qaeda terrorists, with $123 million in military aid - while thousands of cancer patients at home are being turned away from clinics because of budget cuts. Compounding the criminal negligence of telling sick people to seek help elsewhere, is the fact that the military aid the US is providing terrorists in Syria will be used to perpetuate an already two-year-long, sectarian-driven humanitarian disaster.

A Huge Mystery Remains To Be Solved

Yesterday marked the 39th anniversary of the day when the US Government declared bankruptcy. Oh, they didn't call it that at the time. But what happened on August 15, 1971 was that the US defaulted on its promise to pay gold for dollars.

Mikheil Saakashvili is sharing with us interesting memories, while waiting for questioning about the August war. She said: “my main goal and the main goal of main prosecutor is to investigate August war by ourselves. The “war statute” obliges us to, but if we will not be enough professionals and it will occur that we do not have enough political will, and then we will be forced to obey The Hague process and let this case go into hearing on international level. Our goal to review the case in every direction, but this must be done in Georgia”. “Georgia & World” asked deputy of Georgian parliament, Zaqaria Qutsnashvili to comment the aforesaid statement of Tea Tsulukiani:

At least 18 people, including as many as 10 children, have been killed in an air strike in eastern Afghanistan.

Afghan officials said strikes happened overnight in Kunar province, during a joint operation between Afghan and NATO troops against Taliban fighters.

On March 25^th,  the Georgian Parliament finally adopted the draft project of the changes to be made in the Constitution. The president is from now deprived the right  to appoint the government without a prior coordination with the Parliament The main law of the country determines that until the Parliament declares the confidence to a new Government,  the old or dismissed government remains in charge. The new Point 5.1. is also added to Article 80 of  the Constitution, stating that in case of resignation of the Government or its dismiss by the President, the latter charges the same Government to continue its duties until a new composition of the Government will have been approved by the newly elected Parliament

When we were writing last week, that the whole united “wolf-hood” of the whole west and USA is howling to save Saakashvili, or “saving private bastard”, lots of people, probably did not pay any attention to this, many of them were laughing, just like Saakashvili likes to do it, but what happened on March 21^st in Georgia parliament, factually became a post scriptum of our letter. What do we mean? I will tell you!...

In the region of Nadzaladevi, the culture center called “art-hall”, on Tsotne Dadiani str. #26, is characterized by very unusual performances. Except the restaurant, which also is located on the same address, there is also a theater in same building. The story of Gvantsa Kupharadze became known to the society, when the girl fell a victim of injustice and became a prisoner in the age of 14. Georgian justice system, sentenced her for 10 years, (5 years from this term was suspended sentence). She refused to give false testimonies and recognize the false charges and she served her sentence with dignity. Main thing is that, she did not become mean, did not fall with her soul, on the contrary, during the time spent in prison, she decided to become a lawyer and maid her main goal, fighting with injustice.
