On August 8 at 5 o’clock the war was already over. Ever since, new Government started to search for the one who was guilty, the details and the causing reasons of the war, all mass media means got interested in searching for new facts and stories. Every new fact that is published is scary and every time I think, what more can I hear and find out?! But always, when one meets the witness of the war 2008, they get to know the facts you don’t even want to listen to, you don’t want to be Georgian any longer.

A theme of deals of the former state power with terrorists becomes more and more actual and gradually  gains the leading positions in the Georgian massmedia. Bidzina Ivanishvili also mentioned  about it in “Rustavi 2” TV program, that has increased even higher a  public interest on this topic. However, until quoting his comments, it seems advisable to recall some previous statements, which had made this scandalous issue a subject of general consideration.

A Huge Mystery Remains To Be Solved

Mikheil Saakashvili is sharing with us interesting memories, while waiting for questioning about the August war. Even though the auditory of chief of “National Movement” is very thin, and his statements are not anymore considered very important, it still is reasonable to pay attention to what he said recently on the air on “Rustavi 2” channel. Saakashvili touched one of the most obscure episodes of the war of 2008, as if by chance, he announced quite scandalous information. What goal was Saakashvili trying to achieve by sharing these tele-memoirs and what effect will they have on his future?

She said: “my main goal and the main goal of main prosecutor is to investigate August war by ourselves. The “war statute” obliges us to, but if we will not be enough professionals and it will occur that we do not have enough political will, and then we will be forced to obey The Hague process and let this case go into hearing on international level. Our goal to review the case in every direction, but this must be done in Georgia”. “Georgia & World” asked deputy of Georgian parliament, Zaqaria Qutsnashvili to comment the aforesaid statement of Tea Tsulukiani:

At least 18 people, including as many as 10 children, have been killed in an air strike in eastern Afghanistan.

Afghan officials said strikes happened overnight in Kunar province, during a joint operation between Afghan and NATO troops against Taliban fighters.

It is well known for everybody, how Saakashvili’s regime treated with the business sector during the 9-year long governance. On March 25^th,  the Georgian Parliament finally adopted the draft project of the changes to be made in the Constitution. The president is from now deprived the right  to appoint the government without a prior coordination with the Parliament The main law of the country determines that until the Parliament declares the confidence to a new Government,  the old or dismissed government remains in charge. The new Point 5.1. is also added to Article 80 of  the Constitution, stating that in case of resignation of the Government or its dismiss by the President, the latter charges the same Government to continue its duties until a new composition of the Government will have been approved by the newly elected Parliament

When we were writing last week, that the whole united “wolf-hood” of the whole west and USA is howling to save Saakashvili, or “saving private bastard”, lots of people, probably did not pay any attention to this, many of them were laughing, just like Saakashvili likes to do it, but what happened on March 21^st in Georgia parliament, factually became a post scriptum of our letter. What do we mean? I will tell you!...

In the region of Nadzaladevi, the culture center called “art-hall”, on Tsotne Dadiani str. #26, is characterized by very unusual performances. Except the restaurant, which also is located on the same address, there is also a theater in same building. Theater is offering performances for children, and as it seems, is making good offers to schools and kindergartens in form of season tickets.
