Zurab Gagnidze: Whose leader are you, Mr. Mikheil?

It is already fifteen years that Mikheil Machavariani - the first vice-speaker of Georgian Parliament has become a popular Georgian Politician. Zurab Gagnidze, doctor of Philosophy and Psychology tries to represent his Psychological portrait. People’s increased feeling of dissatisfaction forced to formulate the role of a leader in new manner. Society listened to the pretenders well, examined critically and judged them analytically, hence it followed that the time of the “cult of the leader” has already gone.
While the vibrant contours of civil society development process becomes more evident, still the selection process of leader stays complicated.

-    Mr. Zurab, what can you tell us about psychological structure of Mikheil Machavariani, regarding his self-esteem, belief, attitudes and opinions ...  
-    Within the system of state hierarchy the slavery obedience, blind adoration of the leader from medieval ages and political decisions made under the interest of others must be totally eliminated. The Leader due to his personal characteristics should be an example for his people. Today instead of filling the root of our independency with “concrete” we fill it with useless “powder” that is the reason why we could not stand hard on our feet. Misha Machavariani is a grain of “crystal” of the mentioned powder. Since 1995 year he was the general secretary of Union “Mokalaketa Kavshiri” (Citizen’s Union), soon afterwards he becomes the head of that Union. The young political generation hindered the country development process by more than half of a century, and completely eliminated the people’s role in that process.
They did not care much about the problems of ordinal people. Mikheil Machavariani was leading those actions acting with soul meanness and mental blindness. Machavariani is a dishonest politician!
He was an assistant of the laboratory of soil science faculty at the Agrarian University. He should be thankful to deceased Zurab Jvania for the promotion. In 1995-99 years Misha became an invited Member of Parliament. His career development was maintained by means of friendship. What kind of friend is he himself?
At the time of Zurab Jvania’s suspicious death he kept silence forever, exhausted by unreliable friendship and “betrayer brother’s” egocentrism.

The friendship takes its roots where the attitudes and aspirations are the same. It was the same with the case of Misha and Zurab, but the friendship was finished when Zurab’s suspicious death hindered him to reach his goal. The above mentioned facts publicly illustrated the psychological structure of deep points of Misha’s soul. He is not matured personally yet, who could not stand against the unfairness (he has not enough courage for this), hostility, treachery and betrayal and misanthrope. He is considered as an easy twig, so obedient that he could make any kind of transformation, he could be the follower of any wind blowing up or down, forgetful of charity actions, disregarded of kindness and wellness and expressing his will to use prohibited methods in order to protect himself.

He sold out the brotherhood of Zurab Jvania like the brothers betrayed “Josef” in the Bible.  The man who has lost his will and soul does not have the right to carry the sense of responsibility as a friend. The problem is that his psychological line is not caused by surroundings; it is the treachery nested inside him. He has betrayed the people next to him in order to lead peaceful work. He has not even protected Koba Bekauri who was supporting his promotion. With all these I tried to show you the character and moral face of Mikheil Machavariani.  It is worthless to search the seed of devotedness in him. He is dishonest, as psychologically the feeling of devotedness is the most important feeling that forms the real man.     

-    What criterions were used while assigning inexperienced, soil scientist Misha Machavariani as the Minister of Taxation?
-    Misha’s experience in this field now and then was equal to null. Self-interest, pathological money raking and boundless ambition inspired him to make this step.

For philistine it is a great step forward in his career, the psychologist will consider that this person is imperfect; he is full of pathological passions and incomplete dignity. He is the enemy of the country, as he tries to do what he is not able to do. Besides he owns the compromise with his conscience. His mental and moral abilities are displayed deformedly; the avidity inclination inspires him to be a popular figure. The honourable and vigilant person should really have the difficulties to do this, but Misha did not have any difficulties, as due his psychological structure only the materiality leads his moral, mental and ethical abilities. Psychology says that: soul created the eye to see the light; ears to hear, and brain so that thinking should precede the action. Personal “earthly” attitudes are suppressed by mental abilities and moral strength. We should indicate that Mr. Mikheil has issued about 20 scientific works. Human being has continuous inclination towards perfectionism, but this case does not include this kind of attitude. Undeserved success made Mikheil greedy; his abilities became weak next to the falseness and hostility. We are surprised how could the man keeping such political positions since 1995 year, leading high legislative organs and being involved in legislative activities find the time and ability to become the author of 20 scientific works? His way of life is full of falseness; and he got used to false atmosphere so much that he will probably suffer from asphyxia of the truth environment soon. The works based on falseness will help him to continue his peaceful future work, when he finishes his political career he will be involved in the scientific activities, which will be a lustful and impudent step forward. Misha is risky adventurous, who puts any kind of abomination on political scale in order to keep the balance.

Thousands of demonstrations caused the cancelled parliament meetings for three months period. The so called “chosen” leaders were hiding themselves from the people. According to psychological analysis those who hide are guilty. Mikheil Machavariani explains this fact so: “The parliament meetings will arouse opposition”. If the parliament is the supporter of electorate’s will, why the people are against them?

Cowardice of the leading members of the parliament represents their actions that the one-sided laws regulating the meetings and demonstrations were entered in force unanimously. The main line of Mikheil Machavariani’s psychological structure is his subconscious. During an interview he declares: “we need more serious changes, rather than those concrete surnames and names. “Throw me one nestling bird today” – is not a correct way.”  The subconscious forced him to utter these words, i.e. that the system must be changed itself, though he does not acknowledge these words himself. Later when the problems of Sochi elections aroused by Ebralidze, his words became more specific: “No matter if it is Ebralidze or Giorgadze, this will happen any time until we acknowledge that Georgian problems are solved in our country and not in another country”. He was judging the others, though was doing the same thing. Mr. Speaker, you are dishonest liar. We remind you the fetishism of Americanization, which erases the graph from the passport indicating the nationality, selling the strategic places, reformations done under the translated legislation taken from abroad, and approximating English language to the native one... and finally who did the “Rose Revolution” by using the funds of Soros?

-    Mikheil Machavariani assures continuously, that the level of corruption is very low in Georgia, does he really believe in this after being the member of those authority groups.  
-    Of course he wishes to believe in this, as he gets the pleasure from falseness. In fact the monopoly positions are taken by the companies which are owned by officials. Experts are speaking openly about the pharmaceutical base. Also there were the rumours that Machavariani and his family members had the business interest in quartz minerals plant.

Because of this fact he declares that it is still early to create antimonopoly organization.
The experts assume it possible that president assigns the pre-term parliamentary elections in order to survive himself, but it is already set forth by the constitution that in 2012-13 the part of the Parliament will be transferred to Kutaisi.

According to the head of the parliament, west Georgia will become active due to this fact, people will be employed and tourism develope and what is most important the social and economical condition of Kutaisi will improve, and so, this will cost less than 500 millions. And we hear such declaration while Kutaisi suffers from the problem of drinking water supply.

We should mention that all over the world the first precedent of the parliament partition takes place in Georgia. Misha Machavariani and his colleagues did not have enough courage to stand against the demagogic, unjustified, groundless, personally motivated decision made by the first person of the country. Mikheil knows that standing against the leader’s “idea fix” will cost him much. His personal will is annulled by great passion to gain the profit privately, as he has the opposite opinion regarding this: “I am not supporting the direct election of Mayor”.

We see his unconscious mind again – Yes he is scared! He finished his speech with expressing the anger towards the notification of Mr. Davitaia regarding issuing the sanctions against the Separatist leaders with active indistinguishable, careless principles: “It’s up to you whether you participate in these commissions”. He showed ostentatious affliction of parliament commission (he did not even guess how).

Machavariani’s opinion about the war of August is described as follows: “It was possible that the state destruction would take place; but we were able to avoid this”. The strong psychological aspect is that it was spread like virus among the authority politicians and found strong basis with the speaker of Parliament. They compare themselves with the state system, which has the sign of dangerous, risky, evil psychological frame of mind.   
Mr. Speaker we would like to remind “Kavkasiuri Tsartsis Tsre” (“Caucasian Chalk Circle”). We remind you the wise saying of Brecht: When people suffer from hunger and cold, followed by lost national treasures, when we have the lost territories and Georgian heart – Kartli- is torn out, so, we ask you whose leader are you, Mr. Mikheil?
